To this end, we offer the position of IT/OT & Cybersecurity Specialist
MAIN FUNCTIONS
The IT/OT & Cybersecurity Specialist successful candidate will lead Basquevolt’s team and will be responsible for setting the cybersecurity standards. Reporting to the PE Director, s/he will be responsible for:
Design and maintain IT and OT networks in an industrial setting.
Configure and maintain internally managed hardware.
Evaluate current equipment and software, research and provide recommendations on software, hardware, and IT policies.
Implement strategies to identify, assess, prevent, protect, and mitigate information security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities to safeguard people, assets, products, and property.
Serve as local point of contact for security services support and security incident management.
Develop and implement measures, tools, and technology to monitor compliance with company security policies and procedures, laws, and regulations.
Monitor and stay up to date with security-related proven practices and technology.
Support the data and process team to securely deploy systems on the Edge
The IT/OT Cybersecurity Engineer is expected to work as a team member with other parts of the company and maintain in-depth relations with all members of the Process Engineering team.
