DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:

CIC energiGUNE is looking for a person for the position of Administrative Accountant within the Economic-Financial Area.

The person will join a very dynamic structure and will be responsible for working on the administrative tasks of the area.

Tasks:

General administration tasks related to the Economic-Financial area.
Invoice management.
Support in the process of subsidy justification.
Support in the management of purchases and orders:
Dealing with and managing suppliers.
Placing and follow-up of orders.
Tasks related to foreign trade: customs management, customs duties, VAT treatment.
Control of subcontractors (Coordination of PRL documents).
